Amy Hoffman
Dr. Amy grew up in a dairy farming town in western New York and wanted to be an animal doctor for as long as she can remember. In 2002, she graduated with honors from Ross School of Veterinary Medicine. After completing her clinical training at Cornell University she spent 13 years doing small animal emergency and critical care before coming to Mountain View.
Dr. Amy loves being a part of the Vail Community and has 4 children attending the Vail School District. Purchasing a practice here has fulfilled a life-long dream of being able to care for pets in the town she loves. She enjoys being a part of the growth here in Vail and gets great satisfaction working with Vail SEP students and interns.
Along with her 2 legged kids, she has many with 4. She has 7 cats, 5 dogs, 3 horses, 2 goats, 2 tortoises, chickens, ducks and a cockatiel named Frankie. With her limited free time she enjoys cooking, wine, riding horses and singing.
